1 bag frozen sweet potato fries
2 TBSP vegetable oil
1 TBSP Milford Spice Company’s Kick Salt
1 TBSP fresh chopped cilantro
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Spread the fries out on a baking sheet and drizzle oil and 1/2 tablespoon Milford Spice Company’s Kick Salt onto the fries. Mix around with hands until it’s all coated, then and here’s the key, spread the fries out on the baking sheet.
*If you don’t take the time to spread the fries out, you’re really just steaming them; not cooking them.You want them nice and crispy, so taking the time to do this is crucial.
Bake at 400 for about 20-25 minutes; a little more than the package indicates.Turn each fry over halfway through cooking.
Remove from the oven and toss with the other 1/2 Tbsp Milford Spice Company’s Kick Salt and the freshly chopped cilantro. These go great with Chipotle Mayo!
