PERFECT RUB FOR BEEF!
OMG this rub is absolutely fantastic on steak and roast beef as well. Don't be stingy with it either, use a good amount. I like to brush the meat with some olive oil beforehand to make sure it sticks well. Makes a perfect crust when cooked! And there's a touch of heat in it that comes in a little after you start chewing. Its nice amount, not too hot that you need a drink. It doesn't bite you. It doesn't have any salty flavor so you can use a lot without it getting overwhelming. Can't wait to try it on a burger! Love this even more than Pig Powder which was my favorite!
