Milford Spice Company - Easy Enchiladas
You're going to love this easy sauce that tastes yummy on everything!
For an Easy Enchilada Dinner:
Brown ground beef or diced chicken, add 1 tablespoon Easy Enchiladas per pound while cooking.
Add equal parts meat to 6-8 flour tortillas, roll up, and line up in a 9 x 13 baking pan.
In a sauce pan, combine 1 tablepoon olive oil with one tablepoon of Easy Enchilada and allow to warm over low heat. After 1-2 minutes, add 2 cups of chicken stock and 1 small can of tomato paste. Combine well and warm through. You may also add diced onion or any other flavor enhancer you enjoy.
Pour sauce over tortillas, sprinkle with Mexican shredded cheese, and bake for 20-25 minutes on 350 degrees, until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
