I love Honey Chipotle! I've been buying this blend for years. It's the perfect blend of sweet and spicy, but sometimes I add a touch of jalapeño powder for an extra kick. My favorite food to put it on is salmon.

Honey Chipotle
This has been my go-to for seasoning salmon in the summertime. It produces the nicest glaze if let to sit for about 30 min before putting to the grill. Terrific flavor when it's all done. I use virgin olive oil as the fish coating before putting the seasoning on.
