INGREDIENTS: Cumin, paprika, coriander, ginger, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, ancho powder, guajillo powder, cayenne, cloves, garlic, onion.

Moroccan Vegetable
We had some difficulty at first on how best to use this rub, but finally found just the right one. We sprinkle it over sliced squash laid on a large flat cookie sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the squash, then the rub sprinkled. Cook until it's done and then drizzle honey over it. Fantastic!
