Why This Recipe Works

These sliders work because the beef and chorizo create a juicy, savory patty, while Milford Spice Company Brighton’s Burger Blast adds earthy, mildly sweet burger flavor with no heat. The chipotle mayo brings creaminess, the red onion adds bite, the avocado pico mixture keeps the sliders fresh, and the queso fresco adds a salty finish.

Make It Your Way

  • For less heat: use a mild chorizo and a lighter amount of chipotle mayo.

  • For extra freshness: add shredded lettuce or fresh cilantro.

  • For more crunch: add pickled onions or thin sliced jalapeños.

  • For a bigger burger: shape the mixture into larger patties instead of sliders.

  • For entertaining: serve the toppings on the side so guests can build their own sliders.

What to Serve with Brighton’s Burger Blast Chorizo Sliders

These sliders pair well with tortilla chips, street corn, potato wedges, fries, coleslaw, grilled vegetables, black bean salad, or a simple green salad. They also work well as part of a game day spread with dips, chips, and fresh salsa.
