We are changing the name of our original Smoked Tea Rub to "Campfire Steak & Seafood". This should be one of our bestseller, but people think tea seem strange. Don't knock it 'til you try it, it's amazing and you'd never know there was tea involved.
Bring the flavor of the open fire to your kitchen with our bold and aromatic Smoked Tea Rub. One of our most distinctive creations, this blend features smoked Lapsang Souchong black tea, known for its deep, woodsy flavor and campfire aroma. The tea leaves are smoked over pine wood to create a uniquely savory, slightly sweet profile that makes every dish unforgettable.
We especially love it on steak, where it adds incredible richness and depth, but it’s just as delicious on chicken, seafood, or vegetables. Flavorful but never hot, it’s a perfect choice for any palate — a true crowd favorite at our weekend barbecues!
To use, rub about 1 teaspoon per pound of meat before grilling, searing, or roasting. Adjust to taste — a little goes a long way.
Hand-blended with: Granulated molasses, sea salt, smoked tea, demerara sugar, sesame seeds, paprika, garlic, black pepper, fennel, rosemary, and marjoram.
