This Sunday, we’re building a bold, balanced plate using our Honey Chipotle blend — a smoky, slightly sweet seasoning that brings depth, warmth, and just the right amount of heat.

Together, we’ll create a complete, restaurant-quality meal with three components:

Honey Chipotle Salmon
Salmon prepared in a smoker, grill, or oven after being rubbed with Honey Chipotle (approximately 1 tablespoon per pound). This creates a beautifully seasoned, slightly caramelized exterior with tender, flaky fish.

Honey Chipotle Roasted Carrots
Carrots tossed with olive oil and Honey Chipotle, then roasted until caramelized and lightly crisp at the edges. The natural sweetness of the carrots pairs perfectly with the smoky heat of the blend.

Cucumber & Avocado Lime Salad
A fresh, cooling salad with crisp cucumber, creamy avocado, lime, and herbs. This bright element balances the richness of the salmon and ties the entire plate together.

  • Cucumbers (1–2)

  • Avocados (1–2)

  • Limes (2–3)

  • Fresh cilantro or parsley

  • Garlic (1 bulb)

Protein (Choose One)

  • Salmon fillets (1–1.5 lbs)

  • Chicken thighs or breast

  • Flank steak

  • Chickpeas (2 cans)

  • Extra firm tofu (1–2 blocks)

Pantry

  • Olive oil

  • Honey (or maple syrup for plant-based)

  • Apple cider vinegar (optional)

Honey Chipotle Salmon

Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillet

  • 1–1.5 tbsp Honey Chipotle

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Rub salmon with olive oil and Honey Chipotle (about 1 tablespoon per pound).

  2. Cook using a smoker, grill, or oven at 225°F for one hour.

  3. Cook until just flaky and tender.


Honey Chipotle Roasted Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 lb carrots (peeled and sliced)

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Honey Chipotle

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Toss carrots with olive oil and Honey Chipotle.

  3. Spread on a sheet pan.

  4. Roast for 20–25 minutes until caramelized and slightly crisp.


Cucumber & Avocado Lime Salad

Ingredients

  • 1–2 cucumbers (sliced)

  • 1–2 avocados (cubed)

  • Juice of 1–2 limes

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
