Creamy Thai Peanut Sauce
A smooth, citrusy peanut sauce made with coconut milk, lime, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and Tantalizing Thai.

Plant-Forward Thai Bowl
A colorful bowl with rice or cauliflower rice, roasted broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cucumber, edamame, cilantro, peanuts, and fresh lime.

Optional Chicken Thigh Add-On
Juicy chicken thighs seasoned with Tantalizing Thai, lime, and soy sauce or tamari.

Optional Low Glycemic Cauliflower Rice

• 1 broccoli crown
• 1 bag shredded cabbage or slaw mix
• 1 bag shredded carrots
• Fresh cilantro
• Fresh ginger
• Garlic

• Shelled edamame
• Boneless chicken thighs optional

Pantry

• Natural peanut butter
• 1 can coconut milk
• Rice vinegar
• Soy sauce or tamari
• Olive oil or avocado oil
• Jasmine rice OR cauliflower rice
• Crushed peanuts optional garnish

Creamy Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
• 1 can coconut milk
• 2 tbsp Tantalizing Thai
• 2 tbsp rice vinegar
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
• 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
• 1 clove garlic
• Warm water as needed to thin

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a bowl or blender.
2. Whisk or blend until smooth.
3. Add warm water a little at a time until creamy and pourable.
4. Taste and adjust lime if desired.


Plant-Forward Bowl

Ingredients

• 2 cups cooked jasmine rice OR cauliflower rice
• 1 broccoli crown, chopped
• 2 cups shredded cabbage or slaw mix
• 1 cup shredded carrots
• 1 cucumber, sliced
• 1 cup shelled edamame
• Olive oil
• 1 tbsp Tantalizing Thai
• Cilantro, peanuts, and lime wedges for garnish

Directions

1. Toss broccoli with olive oil and Tantalizing Thai.
2. Roast at 425°F for 18–20 minutes.
3. Prepare rice or cauliflower rice.
4. Warm the edamame.
5. Build bowls with rice, vegetables, and roasted broccoli.
6. Drizzle generously with peanut sauce.
7. Finish with cilantro, peanuts, and fresh lime.


Optional Chicken Thigh Add-On

Ingredients

• 1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1.5 tbsp Tantalizing Thai
• 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
• Juice of 1/2 lime

Directions

1. Toss chicken with all ingredients.
2. Roast at 425°F for 22–25 minutes or grill until cooked through.
3. Slice and serve over bowls with peanut sauce.


Optional Low Glycemic Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients

• 1 bag cauliflower rice
• 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
• 1–2 tsp Tantalizing Thai
• Splash of lime juice
• Optional splash of coconut milk

Directions

1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add cauliflower rice and sauté 5–7 minutes.
3. Stir in Tantalizing Thai and lime juice.
4. Add a splash of coconut milk if desired for richness.
